HANDBOOK FOR THE AGING SKATER

School Project
Illustration, Risograph Printing

I illustrated and layed out a riso-printed Activity Book for aging Skateboarders, complete with goal setting, weekly planning, warm-up tips and a mini-zine of illustrated stretches

Warm-Ups & Stretches

The first spread has instructions for a warm-up routine, and a pocket containing a mini-zine of illustrated stretches you can take with you to the skate spot so you can remember them

Schedule and Goals

Two of the hardest things to do as you get older are to make time to skate and to keep progressing. Here you can schedule weekly sessions and set some achievable goals to keep you motivated!

Track Your Progress

Take the goals you've set and keep track of them every week.  rather than have a full planner using tons of paper, there's a dry-erase sheet overlaying the weekly planner so you can just wipe it clean each week!
